-Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing
-Excellent English - written and spoken (French is a plus)
-Work experience: between 1 and 3 years of marketing/sales support experience
-Previous working experience in a multi-national company is a plus
-Experience in B2C marketing, and good understanding of services industry; experience in financial services (consumer finance, lending, insurances) is a plus
-Ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly in verbal and written form
-Ability to find new and different ways in doing things
-Ability to understand client's needs, flexible in responding to changing circumstances
-Creativity and a good eye for detail
-Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
-Skills in marketing and presentation

-Project management responsibilities for ad-hoc or small-scaled projects and provide support for other projects, when needed
-Design brochures, prepare marketing briefs and website content
-Sales campaigns:
-Able to prepare, design and propose marketing and sales campaigns across channels
-Analyze and asses feasibility of the campaign proposals
-Compute and build assumptions and projections on the expected results of campaign using financial indicators as reference
-Evaluate, coordinate and implement campaign mechanism together with involved parties
-Monitor and asses campaign progress in real-time, providing managers dynamic overview of the results
-Propose and sustain fine-tune and improvement actions ad-hoc
-Rigorously follow any deviations of campaign mechanism, implementation and assumptions in order to intervene
-Work closely with sales division to deliver campaigns tailored for customer expectations
-Initiate market research and through competition analysis to provide competitive in-the-market campaigns
-Create campaigns combining sales mechanism, financial product and marketing tactics
-Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
-Capture feedback from commercial team and other stakeholders and responsible for implementation of monthly campaigns, administrate web content and merchandising plans agreed with the commercial team and partner’s marketing team
